Parita Parish Church or Church of Santo Domingo is located in Parita of Parita district in the province of Herrera, Panamá.Se distinguished by having beautiful colonial altarpieces altars or stylized motifs with abundant fruits such as pomegranates and flowers such as sunflowers and other details that simulate lace in an excellent and fine polychrome wood carving with gold paint

In 1656 during the Spanish colony and was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1926, stands on the side of the main square with its tower, the most striking architectural trait that rises majestically above the main door; also distinguished by having beautiful altars and altarpieces colonial baroque most eighteenth century churrigueresco.
The Parish Church was built in Parita. The holiday celebration of the patron saint of Parita, Santo Domingo de Guzmán, is the most important place in this historic church, July 26 to August 8, plus, Easter is celebrated with great devotion.
